Week 1 Individual Training

As we start the new fencing season, we will be assigning practice routines for you to do at home. These will help build muscle memory and automate your responses. Each week we will have a different sequence. So for the first week of August:

Objective: Fencer will be able to execute basic mobility skills.

(First) 20 repetitions twice a day:

Advance
Retreat
Retreat
Advance

(Second) 10 repetitions twice a day:

Extend
Lunge
Backward recovery
